Significant changes are afoot in the real estate industry, and i'm here to guide you through them. The National Association of Realtors (NAR) has agreed to a landmark $418 million settlement that is set to reshape the landscape of real estate transactions.

At the core of this settlement is the commitment by NAR to overhaul longstanding practices concerning broker commissions. Notably, the offer of compensation through Multiple Listing Services (MLS) is set to be eliminated.
